Investing in resident health

Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise. It's a full-body workout that is gentle on the joints, which makes it appealing for all ages. Beyond exercise, community pools provide an opportunity for local residents to interact, recreate and relax.
Last June, the City of Centerville made a big commitment to resident health when the City Council approved $2.5 million in funding for the construction of a new swimming pool at Morgan Cline City Park.
The new pool includes features for everyone, from water slides to diving boards and lap lanes. Also included are a new bathhouse and concession stand.
